CUSTOMER AGREEMENT
Subscription terms.
Version 2026-10-13 · Kalendar Annual
1. Seller and service
The provider of kalendar.cc is Digiter.org, Zürich · Schweiz. Contact: [email protected].
These terms govern access to the hosted calendar, project-planning and sharing service. Create an account to explore the available read-only interface. Registration is free; full owner functionality requires a paid subscription or valid free access code. You must be legally able to enter a contract, or have the necessary authorisation. Use accurate account information.
2. Price, automatic renewal and contract formation
CHF 49.90 is charged for each annual subscription period. This is the displayed total service price; any taxes due on this price are the seller’s responsibility. PayPal or your financial provider may impose separate currency-conversion or bank charges. No additional service charge is added by this checkout.
Before purchase you must accept these terms and expressly request immediate service. You then approve the subscription at PayPal. The subscription renews automatically every year at CHF 49.90 until cancelled. The annual subscription order becomes binding when accepted and confirmed through PayPal; full access begins after we verify a successful payment. We send a transaction confirmation to your account email. No separate license key is issued.
A failed, abandoned or unapproved checkout does not grant paid access. If a payment cannot be verified, contact support before creating another subscription. Price changes will not be silently applied to an existing plan; any legally required notice and consent will be obtained before a changed price applies.
3. What your subscription includes
An active owner can create private calendars and tasks, update events and dates, customise the interface, use project planning features and invite up to five unique people in total across their calendars. Pending invitations reserve a place for seven days. The same person in several of your calendars counts once. Reasonable technical limits protect service operation, including up to fifty owner calendars and ten saved baselines per calendar.
Invited users can view and update existing tasks, events and dates in the shared calendar while its owner’s access is active. The invitation does not grant ownership, new-task creation, deletion, personal calendar creation, design changes or further invitation rights. An invited person can buy an independent subscription for their own calendars. WordPress administrators are exempt from the invitation limit.
A free access code grants the specified owner access until its expiry or revocation, without payment. Codes are personal access permissions and must not be resold. The administrator may revoke a free code; independent paid entitlements are unaffected.
4. Cancellation and end of access
Cancel future renewal in Digiter Account → Kalendar subscription → Cancel automatic renewal, or in your PayPal automatic-payment settings. Cancel before the next annual payment is processed. A successful cancellation leaves the current paid period available until its displayed end date. If the account button fails, use PayPal directly and notify support.
At expiry, paid owner functions and shared-calendar editing become read-only. Existing calendar data is not automatically deleted merely because a subscription expires. A refunded or reversed payment may cease to grant access. Cancellation of renewal, statutory withdrawal and deletion of an account are separate actions.
5. Refund policy and mandatory consumer rights
We do not offer voluntary refunds for unused subscription time, accidental purchases, changes of mind or renewals you forgot to cancel. Cancellation ordinarily stops future charges and does not produce a pro-rata refund of the current annual fee.
This policy does not exclude or restrict mandatory rights. Where applicable law gives you a right to withdraw, obtain a refund, repair, replacement, price reduction or other remedy for a defective or misdescribed service, that law takes priority. It also does not prevent lawful PayPal or card-provider disputes.
Consumers in the EU/EEA and other jurisdictions may have a statutory withdrawal period, commonly fourteen days from entering the service contract. The exact period, exceptions and remedies depend on your law. Requesting immediate service does not by itself waive a mandatory right for this continuing digital service. Where lawful and properly disclosed, a proportionate amount may be payable for service supplied before withdrawal. We will not impose a charge prohibited by applicable law.
Use Withdraw from contract or send an unambiguous withdrawal statement to [email protected] with your account email, order/subscription reference and purchase date. The form is optional. Where withdrawal applies, we process the statutory remedy within the applicable deadline, normally through the original payment method.
6. Responsible use and shared data
Keep login details secure and do not share an owner login to evade invitation limits. Invite only people you are authorised to contact. You remain responsible for the contents you add and for obtaining permission to upload other people’s information. Do not use the service for unlawful content, harassment, unsolicited bulk invitations, malware, unauthorised access or attempts to disrupt the service.
You retain your rights in your calendar content and permit us to process and display it only as needed to operate, secure and support the service. People you invite can access and edit the shared data within their role. Remove access when collaboration ends. Avoid storing highly sensitive, regulated or emergency-critical information in ordinary task notes.
7. Availability, changes and remedies
The service needs a current browser and internet connection. Maintenance, provider outages and security incidents may interrupt access. We take reasonable care to maintain the service; no promise of uninterrupted availability or suitability for emergency systems is made. Keep appropriate exports of important records.
We may make necessary maintenance and security changes. Material changes to a paid service will be handled with notices and remedies required by law. We may proportionately suspend access for serious misuse or a security threat, and explain the reason when lawful. Contractual limitations do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including fraud, intentional misconduct or mandatory consumer protections.
8. Privacy, communications and law
The privacy notice explains account, calendar, invitation and billing data. Necessary confirmation, security, purchase and service messages are sent to your account email from [email protected]. The service is offered internationally, subject to applicable legal and payment-provider availability restrictions.
These terms do not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or competent courts in their country of residence. Contact [email protected] first with a complaint so we can investigate. Any amendment to these terms will be identified by a new version and communicated where required; it will not retrospectively remove accrued rights.
